Halloween 2012: Oogie Boogie's Neon Casino

I've been kicking around a couple ideas for this year's Halloween theme for awhile now and the idea that I keep coming back to is one of a neon graveyard of sorts. Now this theme alone would be pretty fun (not to mention pretty cheap) but I had a few more thoughts to spice it up. 

Perhaps I should see about creating something like Oogie Boogie's lair from the Nightmare Before Christmas? I have a feeling that a faithful reproduction would cost a lot of time and a lot of money but perhaps there are some themes or motifs which I can borrow!
